We do not sell or dispense medications. If a licensed provider determines a medication or treatment is medically appropriate, prescriptions may be sent to an independent third-party pharmacy for dispensing. Pharmacies operate independently of Tailored Health Co.
Third-party pharmacies, labs, and service vendors are independent entities. Tailored Health Co. does not own or control their operations and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, delivery timelines, dispensing practices, or service performance.
3. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:

- We are not enrolled as a participating provider with Medicare or Medicaid for these Services
- You are solely responsible for all fees associated with services you elect to receive from us, including consultations, memberships, and other clinical support services
- You are responsible for reviewing all pricing before enrolling
5. Memberships and Subscriptions
Certain Services may be offered on a subscription or membership basis. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the stated interval until canceled.
Membership benefits may include, where applicable, provider support, patient portal communication, and other stated benefits. Membership benefits may be modified from time to time.
You may cancel your membership or subscription before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Charges already processed are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Pricing and Payments
All prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of enrollment.

7. Prescription Coordination
If a licensed provider determines a prescription is clinically appropriate, it may be coordinated with an independent licensed pharmacy for dispensing. Pharmacy processing and shipping, if applicable, are handled by the pharmacy.
We do not control third-party pharmacy operations, carrier timelines, or pharmacy billing practices and are not responsible for delays or service issues caused by third parties.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of personalized medical services and telehealth consultations, all fees are final unless otherwise required by law.
We do not guarantee refunds for consultations, memberships, or programs once rendered or enrolled.
9. Account Registration and Security
To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information and to keep that information updated.
