Are all patients prescribed therapy?
No. Not all patients are prescribed therapy. Treatment recommendations, including prescription therapy, are based on clinical appropriateness and are determined only after an individual evaluation. Some patients may receive a care plan focused on lifestyle, nutrition, or other non-prescription strategies.
Do you sell medications on the website?
No. Tailored Health Co does not sell or dispense medications through this website. If prescription treatment is clinically appropriate, the prescription may be sent to an independent licensed pharmacy for fulfillment.
How are prescriptions fulfilled if treatment is appropriate?
If your provider determines that prescription therapy is clinically appropriate, the prescription may be sent to an independent licensed pharmacy for fulfillment. Tailored Health Co does not stock, ship, or dispense medications.
What is the difference between the incretin therapy programs and the wellness programs?
The Incretin Based Therapy Program is our core clinical program, offering single pathway, dual pathway, or triple pathway medication options for targeted weight loss, tailored to your individual needs and goals. Wellness programs are supportive programs that can be used to support overall success in the Incretin Based Therapy Program, or as standalone pathways to elevate overall well-being. Your provider will recommend the right combination based on your clinical evaluation.
Can care plans be customized?
Yes. Every care plan is individualized. Your provider may recommend a focused program, a supportive wellness program, or a fully customized strategy based on your history, goals, and clinical assessment.
Do memberships include medication?
No. Memberships support continuity of care, ongoing provider access, and structured follow-up. Memberships do not include, purchase, or guarantee any specific medication or therapy.
What states do you serve?
Tailored Health Co provides telehealth consultations in states where our providers are licensed. During your booking process, you will confirm your state of residence to verify eligibility.
How does follow-up work?
Follow-up is a core part of your care. Depending on your plan and membership level, follow-up may include weekly portal check-ins, secure messaging with your provider, and scheduled progress reviews to ensure your care plan stays on track.
